Moto/ATV Terms & Conditions

Ages

The minimum age requirements for all Scooters and ATV’S 150cc-300cc is 21 years old.
Driver must be at least 25 years old for the remaining ATV categories.

Driver’s License

The renter must have held a valid driving license for at least 12 months.
It is the driver s responsibility to ensure that he/she has the appropriate driving licence. Depending the type of motorbike you wish you drive,  you need to have a license AM, A1 or A2 category. Only ATV / QUAD can drive with car license.
Renters with driving licenses established in another alphabet than the Roman alphabet (for example Arabian, Russian etc) need to present an international driving license in addition to their national license.

Rental Period

1 day rental minimum. Specially for one (1) day, the rental period is 09.00 to 21.00 hours.

Bike groups

The assignment of models to the different bike groups may vary depending the season and the destination. Reservations can only be confirmed according to the m/bike groups available. The models named are only meant to be examples in size and equipment and stand for similar models within a m/bike group.

Helmets

Our company has a wide selection of helmets in all types and sizes.  In case you already know your helmet size, inform us prior to your arrival.

Delivery / Collection Costs

• Delivery /Collection is free of charge for SKIATHOS –SKOPELOS-ALONISSOS (town offices)
• For Skiathos airport reservations, a mini van will transport you at the Alpha parking area
• for other destinations  please ask us.

Vehicle Return

We recommend to return the vehicle during the opening hours of the return location. Vehicle return outside the opening hours is possible, but needs to be discussed with the chosen return location.

One way rentals

One way rentals are accepted within our destinations. One way rentals are usually subject to a charge, because the vehicle needs to be returned to the pick up location. One way charges are to be paid locally.

Road Assistance Service

Skiathos-Skopelos-Alonissos: Alpha Rentals offers free of charge road assistance in case of vehicle damage.
Just dial the service number that is written on your rental contract and one of our representatives will come with a service team to repair the damage or replace the vehicle.
Volos: Alpha Rentals offers road assistance service in case of vehicle damage (no flat tires), during office working hours (no service available during Sundays). Road assistance covers the zone from Volos DT and for 15kms away.
Road service for any case like: vehicle damage, accidents, flat tires, driver`s responsibility etc, costs extra 40.00+ taxes.

Cancellation

Full refund on all bookings for cancellations up to 48hours before expected pick-up.
If you have to cancel less than 48 hours before expected pick-up, you’ll receive a full refund minus the 1 day rental cost of your reserved vehicle.
If client has not contacted for expected delays, all bookings will be cancelled in case of  Non-Show, an hour after expected pick-up.
