Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit, debit and prepaid cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club and Apple Pay.

At the time of rental, the renter must present a personal credit or debit card for verification purposes.

Security Deposit & Insurance

Super Cover Insurance (SCI)

With Super Cover Insurance, no security deposit is required.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

For rentals covered by Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), a pre-authorisation deposit will be held on the renter’s personal credit or debit card at vehicle pick-up, depending on the selected vehicle category.

Only physical cards are accepted; virtual or digital cards (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) cannot be used for the security deposit.

The amount will be automatically released at the end of the rental period, provided no additional charges or damages apply.

E-Wallet Payments

Payments via digital wallets and compatible electronic payment methods are supported.

Secure Transaction

All online card payments are securely processed through the Alpha Bank Alpha e-Commerce payment platform using TLS 1.2 and SSL encryption technology to ensure secure and protected transactions.

Cancellation Policy

- Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time (excluding Buggy, Motocross, Jimny, and 300cc Scooter rentals).
- For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up, a refund will be issued minus the cost of one rental day (or the lower applicable amount).
- Reservations secured with a partial payment may be cancelled one hour after the scheduled pick-up time if the customer has not contacted us to inform us of a delay or has not provided their flight number in advance.
- If the customer chooses to return the vehicle earlier than the agreed rental period, no refund will be issued for the unused rental time.
