Credit, Debit & Prepaid Cards

Renter must show a personal credit or debit card at the time of  the  rental

Possibility of payment through credit, debit and prepaid cards. Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard SecureCode, American Express Safekey, Apple-Pay, cash.

Guarantee Deposit

SUPER COVER INSURANCE (SCI): You will not be asked for any Security Deposits.
COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW) INSURANCE: A preautorization amount, depending on the vehicle rented, will be committed to the renter’s credit or debid card upon the pick-up of the vehicle. The same amount as such will be refunded at the end of the rental, provided that no other charges arise.

€300.00 for car groups A,B,C and
€500.00 for car groups C1, D, E, F, G, I, K, J, L

Pre-Authorization per Scooter/ATV Groups
€200.00 for scooter groups 50cc-200cc
€300.00 for scooter groups 300cc & ATV groups 150cc-550cc
€500.00 for ATV groups 600cc-650cc

E- wallet

Possibility of payment through the use of the MasterPass electronic wallet.

Secure Transactions

All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s Alpha e-Commerce electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. Encryption is a way to encode the information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Cancellation

Full refund on all bookings for cancellations up to 48hours before expected pick-up.
If you have to cancel less than 48 hours before expected pick-up, you’ll receive a full refund minus the lower of 1 day of your booking.
All bookings partially paid will be cancelled an hour after expected pick up if client has not contacted for unexpected delays or client hasn’t provided flight number in advance.
